1:30-3:00: 20 double unders + 3 snatches (95/65)
3:00-4:30: 20 double unders + 3 snatches (115/75)
4:30-6:00: 20 double unders + 2 snatches (125/85)
6:00-7:30: 20 double unders + 2 snatches (135/95)
7:30-9:00: 20 double unders + 1 snatch (155/105)
9:00-10:30: 20 double unders + 1 snatch (165/115)
10:30-13:00: 1RM snatch of the day!
