- After each set of strict press go immediately into a max set of unbroken push-ups 


Build to the heaviest set of unbroken 8 strict press throughout the 5 rounds 


Score will be top set of strict press + total push-up reps 


-strict press must be unbroken, if you break the wod is scaled and you add 12/9 cal. Bike to the end of the actual wod for every time you break.
