-20 Ab mat sit ups
-30 Unbroken Wall balls 20/14 (RX+30/20)

*Scaled= 300 single unders
*5 burpee-2-target penalty every time jump rope reps are broken
*5 burpee-2-target penalty every time med ball is dropped or rest longer than 3 sec
*Burpee target minimum 6" above full reach, both hands MUST touch target
*singe DB for step ups
