-Alt. FRFS Lunges each leg 95/65 (RX+ 135/95)
-Pull ups (RX+ Chest 2 bar)

*1 Min Plank between rounds

*100 M run everytime reps are broken on:
    -Lunges, pull ups, and plank hold
*Run must be done immediately before continuing the reps
*No more than 5 sec rest between reps on lunges
*Holding plank in a pike hold longer than 3 sec counts as a drop
