Buy-In: 800 m run (together)

12 Rounds: You go, I go
-3 wall walks
-6 Chin ups
-9 Air squats
(Plank)

Buy-Out: 100 Cal bike (Split)

*Partner A works, while partner B holds plank*
*Partner B Must be in Plank in order for partner A to work*
*Partner A must complete full round before partner B starts a new round*
*Some teams will begin with the run while others will start with the Cal bike*
