For time: 12 rounds (20 min cap)
-20 Russian KB swings 53/35 (RX+ 70/53)
-1 round of Cindy
*Rest remainder of time*

* Cindy = 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats*
*1 Round =Both partners work at the same time, Partner “A” does KB swings while Partner “B” does 1 round of Cindy*
*Alternate movements after each round*
*Each partner will complete 6 rounds of each total*

-400 m Run
-15 Hang power snatches 95/65 (RX+ 135/95)

*Both partners run together
*Start snatches once both partners complete the run*
*Split snatches as desired*
