In Teams of Four - Follow the Leader style
20 min AMRAP:
- 16/12 Cal. Row
- 12 Burpee plate hop 45/25
- 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
- Dual KB Max Hold (70's/53's)
- Each person will start on a station, once everyone is done with their station then you will all rotate.
-No one can start their work until the person holding the KB picks it up. If the person holding the KB puts down the KB, then EVERYONE must stop working and wait till they pick it back up. -Person holding the KB hold until everyone is done with their station.
- If you aren't comfortable sharing a rower / equipment you can grab an extra. if not enough then you can run 200m instead of row
