Min1 = 10-15 Double DB elevated split squat (RIGHT LEG) 50/30
Min 2 = 10-15 Double DB elevated split squat (LEFT LEG)
Min 3 = 15 Double DB RDLS
Min 4 = 20 Alternating V-ups
Min 5 = 15 Banded tricep push down

Rest 5 mins: then

10 min AMRAP:
-50 DUs
-10 BB Good mornings 95/65
-30 Russian twists

*use the last 10 seconds of each min to transition to the next movement
