*Members can start with either bike, run or row in order to stagger the machines.
**For the bike and row, try to keep a consistent pace. For the bike, look at the Wattage, a good pace to try and hold is between 45 and 55 watts. Same for the row, you can look at the strokes per min (bottom left of screen) and try to keep the same number

Notes: Today was great!! I was so afraid to come but I surprised myself. I did the mile first and I was actually able to go non stop for the first time ever!! I did the rower next and then used the fan on the bike to cool down.
