Notes: I don’t think there was a scale. I started at 55 and went up to 95 for the first time

Notes: I did terrible!! My wrists were weak. I’m not good with a lot of repetitions. I did the first 18, 3 wall walks, then I could not do 15 more, I only did like 10 or twelve, then I did like three half ass wall walks and I did like 8 more thrusters; it was very hard. I did not complete todays WOD 😭😭 I had a 55lb bar
