- Build to a moderately heavy double (Not 2RM). Just something heavy to prime the body
- After your heavy double, you will do 1 set of 20 reps @ 10 lbs heavier than last week
The is your second to last day of the 20 rep squat program. Next week we will not squat due to Murph. Last day of squatting will be June 6th, D-DAY! Well done to all those who have been grinding. I know some if not all of you are doubting if you can complete this. Its all mental at this point! Believe in yourselves! STAY TOUGH!!!
