*If scaling CTB, try using bands that allow you to perform chest 2 bar before scaling down to regular pull ups. If you choose to do pullups then keep the rep count at 10.
**25m sandbag carry is to the sidewalk and back. Make sure you do not drop the sand back on the concrete. Please drop them INSIDE the gym.
