25m Sandbag/Dball Carry (100/50)

Rx+: (7/4 BMU) /  DBs (70s/50s)

*If scaling CTB, try using bands that allow you to perform chest 2 bar before scaling down to regular pull ups. If you choose to do pullups then keep the rep count at 10. 
**25m sandbag carry is to the sidewalk and back. Make sure you do not drop the sand back on the concrete. Please drop them INSIDE the gym.
***Lastly, DO NOT DROP THE DUMBBELS FROM OVERHEAD!!!!  Stop breaking our dumbbells!!! Please and Thank you.
