- Shoulder Press 20-18-16 etc down to 2 - Banded Lat Pull Down (4 sets of 25) - Push Ups (20-15-10-5) - DB Bent Over Row (20-15-10-5) - Banded Tricep Extensions (4 sets of 25) - Alt DB Hammer Curls 20-18-16-14 etc down to 2 - V-Ups (3 sets of 15) Then... 1 mile run at an easy pace together.
*Advise to only use either red or blue bands **Dumbbells should be kept light
