EMOM for 8 Minutes

Perform 1 Split Jerk from the Rack

Same weight across all 8 sets.

*Even though there is no specified pause today, I strongly recommend pausing for a full a second in the split position and then again when both feet come together before bringing the bar back down to the rack.  
**This will greatly help in building stability and confidence with weight overhead

3 Rounds for Time:

400m Run
20 Box Jumps
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Scale for HSPU:
1- Pike Pushup w/ feet on box
2- Pike Pushup w/ knees on box
3- Pike pushup
4- DB Z-Press (seated DB press with legs extended)

*Whichever variation you pick that requires you to go upside down, your head MUST make contact with the floor otherwise its a NO REP! Choose your variation wisely and leave your ego outside! 
** NO STACKING ABMATS. Only time 1 abmat can be used is if you are placing one in between 2 plates.
