45 sec ON/ 15 OFF for 5 Rounds

1- Single Unders
2- Strict Press
3- Single Unders
4- Barbell Curl
5- Single Unders
6- Banded Tricep Pull Down
7- Single Unders
8- Plank

*The goal here is to keep moving during the 45 seconds
**Focus on form and tempo rather than how fast you can move.
***Intent is to use an empty barbell for the presses and curls. For the tricep pulldowns, use red or blue bands only.
