- Build to a moderately heavy triple (Not 3RM). Just something heavy to prime the body

- After your heavy triple, you will do 1 set of 20 reps @ 10 lbs heavier than last week

***At this point, the last 5-7 reps should be getting a bit difficult. BREATHING is key! Focus on your breathe rather than how fast you can go!
