Every 90s for 6 Rounds

Perform 1 split jerk w/ 3 sec pause in the dip and 3sec pause in the catch.

*Bar will come from the rack
**Members will preform movement together at the same time
***Coach will call out commands and count the 3 seconds out load
****Members can choose to stay at same weight or build as needed

Scale Options for HSPU:
- 6 Pike Push Up w/ Box
- 7 Pike Push Up
- 10 Push Ups (Reg or feet elevated)

***If using ABMATs for HSPU, you are NOT allowed to use more than 2 stacked abmats.***
