Overhead Squat 3x6

Every 90 sec for 6 rounds, perform 3 Overhead Squats. 

- Build up in weight as needed.
 - Last set should be challenging but still something you are confident you can hit without failing.
 - No failed reps.  Missed lift = Penalty!
 ***Penalty= 30 cal bike sprint at start of WOD***
