On a running clock for 25 minutes:

Min 1: 5 Strict Pull-Ups
Min 2: 6 High Box Jump
Min 3: 6 HSPU
Min 4: 10 ABMAT Situps w/WallBall
Min 5: Rest


- Pull-Ups must be strict
       Use bands as needed / or place DB between feet to increase difficulty
- Box Jumps
       Use this time to work your jump / Try adding a plate on the box every round to increase height
- HSPU
       Scale as needed using box or Pike Press / Use 45 plates as deficit to increase difficulty
       ***NO MORE THAN 2 ABMATs if doing HSPU on wall.  If you need more than 2 abmats, use Box and build that shoulder strength             to get full range of motion!

- Weighted ABMAT situps
       Goal is to use the 20/14 lb ball
